Didn't like anything, except comfy beds.

We had a good time at the lodge with our kids. The room was warm, and there were plenty of toiletries which made our stay more comfortable. We found the location convenient for exploring nearby attractions like Hatfield Forest, perfect for family walks.

In my wife’s opinion, there should have been more towels for the kids. It would be great if they had a better system for check-in, as it was confusing without any staff around to assist us.

Excellent hotel with free Wi-Fi, a bar/lounge area, and 24-hour security. The staff helped with a local taxi on my first stay. I’m coming back for a weekend!

Helpful staff and convenient location

I just spent one night here as I had an early flight. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and made the check-in process smooth. The location is quite convenient, just a short drive to the airport, which is a plus. the room was quite dusty and the shower barely worked, making my stay less comfortable than I had hoped.

The towels felt damp upon arrival, and the room could use some updates. It’s frustrating when basic amenities like a quiet atmosphere are lacking. Breakfast options were limited in quality and variety. If you’re looking for a budget option near the airport, this place works but be prepared for some inconveniences.
